Label House: GW constructed a 30, 000 square foot factory for Label house. GW’s role consisted of designing, importing and assembling a high tensile steel structure, and casting a 30,000 square foot ten inch thick, post-tensioned slab. The 8,000-psi concrete was supplied on site by GW’s batcher. The diaphragm property of the post-tensioned slab negated the need for ground beams.
